Requirements for immigration to Australia with a business license:
Individuals with a business license to immigrate to Australia must meet the following requirements:
1- The business license must be in the name of the main applicant for immigration to Australia (partner or guardian card is not accepted)
2- At least two years have passed since receiving the first business license
3- The applicant is under 55 years of age (the spouse can be older – in some cases, the main applicant for immigration to Australia can also apply if he or she is over 55 years of age)
